Hypnotherapy is similar to a deep state meditation. We can tap into the subconscious mind to get to the root of the issue. These include habitual issues like nail biting, smoking, and reducing weight.

It can help with other issues such as skin issues, gut issues, insomnia, fears and phobias, confidence and self esteem.. the list goes on.

Some common myths about Hypnosis explained.

Everyone has experienced hypnosis/been in trance.
Ie. When you daydream or drive from A to B not remembering the whole journey.

Some clients may find it easier to go into trance than others.

You are ALWAYS in control of your actions and thoughts, the therapist is just there to guide you.

You have to be open to the process and be willing to change, to take the positive suggestions on.
